LXALGN’s published return policy allows you to request a return within 30 days after receiving your item. Eligible items must be unworn or unused, in the same condition as received, with tags and original packaging. Keep your receipt or proof of purchase.

Email contact.lexalign@gmail.com with your order number before sending an item back. We’ll provide instructions and the correct return address if your return is accepted. Items sent back without requesting a return first may not be accepted.
